You can try it now! The Floating Lotus is hosting a series of Thai Yoga Massage workshops, where anyone from beginners to professionals can explore this ancient practice.

Thai Yoga Massage is a system of massage and manipulation developed in Thailand and influenced by the traditional medicine systems of India, China, and Southeast Asia as well as by yoga. The routine combines acupressure, Ayurvedic principles and assisted yoga postures, and massage recipients remain clothed during the treatment.

At the workshops, you’ll learn from licensed massage therapists some basic Thai Yoga Massage techniques that you can use at home. You will enjoy an informal atmosphere welcoming every experience and fitness level.

Our Thai Yoga Massage workshops are led by Jessica Tolliver, LMT. Jessica owns Massage Arkansas and teaches Thai Yoga Massage throughout Arkansas because, she says, “I believe self-care is just as important as any other therapy.”
