Fire and Ice Facial

This is a real man's facial using natural organic products especially selected for a man's skin and individual needs. Using steamed towels receive a face, neck and hand massage with non-perfumed, non-greasy, natural products. Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion is safe and effective in combating the signs of aging and uneven skin tones. The process is to gently exfoliate the outermost layers of the skin to help reveal softer, smoother, more vibrant skin. Fine lines, age spots, large pore size and acne scarring have all shown improvement after treatments. Repeated treatments are recommended for optimal results. Microdermabrasion may be perform as a stand alone treatment or combined with a chemical peel and ultrasound for further results.

Microdermabrasion Facial

This facial removes the Stratum Corneaum by using a Microdermabrasion machine that is FDA approved. We can exfoliate the skin using a diamond tip which is crystal free or a sodium bicarbonate crystals to exfoliate the skin. Once, the face has been cleansed we microderm the face and then apply a treatment masque. As the masque sets you will receive an upper body massage.

Microdermabrasion Ultra

This facial begins with a cleansing of the face and a microdermabrasion of the face. Once the skin has been dried a light peel is applied and removed after a few mintues. Next, we apply a healing serum and then a nourishing moisturizer which is penetrated into the top layers with the use of an ultrasound machine.

Aloe Vera Body Wrap

This detoxifying treatment embraces the natural healing properties of the Aloe Vera plant. Well known for its ability to promote healthy skin, Aloe Vera body wraps use this powerful natural ingredient to enhances the effects of your skin's tone, giving you a slimmer look. Your experience begins by being wrapped in warm layers of banded fabric that have been soaked in the Aloe Vera solution. You will then have 45 minutes to relax while the herbal remedy promotes lymphatic drainage and circulation to eliminate toxins. As you unwind, you will be treated to a scalp or foot massage*. After the wraps are removed from your body, you will see a contouring effect coupled with softer and firmer skin. Cell-u-less Herbal Treatment

Your journey to be cell-u-less begins with dry brushing to promote lymphatic drainage and whisk away dead skin cells. Herbs, spices, and bioflavonoids are then applied to help to melt away cellulite through increased circulation to the target area. The use of ultrasound waves and heated towels allow the products to penetrate deeper into the skin while helping to encourage the production of collagen. After the application, a firming Cinnamon Paprika Body Lotion is massaged into the area to further stimulate circulation and cell renewal, resulting in a smoother silhouette. You may experience a tingling sensation that lets you know the herbal cellulite treatment is continuing to be effective. This treatment is not advised for people with extremely sensitive skin. While we often take the time to pamper our faces and limbs, our back is often neglected, especially in the summer when exposed to the sun. Waxing

Please allow growth of hair before waxing. The hair needs to be at least 1/4 inch long or four weeks of growth after your last shave for best results. Please discontinue any Retin A products for two weeks prior to waxing and Accutane clients must be off of their perscription for at least 6 months proir to waxing.

Shirodhara

In Sanskrit Shirodhara is composed of two words shiro + dhara, shiro means head and dhara means flow. In ayurveda the warm oil flow on head is known as Shirodhara.

It's a divine and relaxing method - a great rejuvenating therapy that gives a healthy glow to the skin. A Classic Indian/Ayurvedic treatment that is thousands of years old and is deeply calming for the mind. Soothing stream of warm oil is poured over the forehead and massaged into the scalp. The therapy is meant for 'Shodhana'- the eradication of the basic cause of the dis-ease. 'Shodhana' or purification therapy is not only meant for elimination of toxins but also to replenish the tissues with nourishment. Rejuvenate literally means 'to make young again'.

Swedish Relaxation Massage

Swedish Massage refers to a variety of techniques which relax muscles employing light to medium pressure, massaging in the same direction as the blood flow back to the heart. Using long, flowing full-body strokes with organic oils for full connection and awareness, this rhythmic massage focuses on relaxation and supports increasing oxygen flow in the blood, releasing toxins from the muscles as well as loosening tight muscles.

Pre- or Post-Natal Massage

Pregnancy is the time when your body needs the most nurturing and comfort. The post-natal massage assists in reducing fatigue by returning circulatory and lymphatic systems to normal. Must be past the first trimester for pre-natal massage. Thai Yoga Massage

Thai yoga massage is an ancient form of therapeutic bodywork that dates back thousands of years. This massage style is known as the "lazy person's yoga", because the therapist skillfully supports you in stretches that are yoga poses. Thai yoga massage is a full body treatment, which includes stretching of the joints and muscles and the application of compression by various means, such as with the hands and feet. This is a fully-clothed massage, so please wear clothes that allow you to move and stretch freely.

To receive the full benefits of this massage a 90 minute session is recommended.

Sports Massage

Sports Massage is a form of bodywork that uses Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage techniques to prepare an individual for intense exercise or to reduce soreness caused by the build-up of lactic acid after exercise. Sports massage can ease physical injuries by stretching and toning damaged muscles, resulting in decreased recovery time. It can also soften scar tissue caused by previous injuries and assists the removal of waste products from the body. Since Sports massage also increases muscle flexibility, it can also be used to prevent injury.

Deep Tissue

Deep tissue massage is a type of massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Deep tissue massage pressure will generally be more intense, ranging from firm to heavy. It is also a more focused type of massage, as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension or knots by implementing trigger point therapy and myo-fascial release techniques.
