Visit https://zoom.us/ and create a free account with your name and email address as it appears in your MindBody account.
Download and install the mobile app for your Apple or Android device, or the desktop app for your laptop.
After you sign up for an online class, I will send you a link and password to join that Zoom yoga class. Check your spam and junk mail folders if you don’t get it. Please register at least 30 minutes prior to the start of class.
For the best experience, use a device with a video camera and microphone (like a laptop, tablet or smartphone). If you have a Bluetooth speaker, link it to your device and keep it near your mat for an even better experience.
Grab your yoga mat, any props that you may need, water and a towel.
Before the meeting begins, follow the Zoom link. Sign in, test your audio and video, and you should be all set to join your first class. Give yourself about 15 minutes before class to get Zoom ready.
We will chat for a bit at the beginning of class and then get started.
You will need to mute your microphone after the chat, when class begins, to help reduce feedback.
After our class ends, unmute so we can chat a few minutes before ending the session.
